Composite panels are increasingly used in construction to address technical objectives such as improvements in thermal insulation, sound proofing, and the reduction of weight.
Morland produces panels using a number of frame, core and skin combinations. Our capability is designed to be flexible to allow us to offer bespoke solutions for individual clients. We can manufacture panels up to 4m in length and 1.5m wide. Our expertise allows us to engineer panels that have a differing external materials to suit the requirements of the internal and external face. This is done whilst maintaining the stability of the overall panel.
We can also machine our composite panels for details such as fixings, wiring channels and ventilation, reducing the preparation time required on-site or during preassembly.
