Morland’s investment in machining and processing technology means we can produce a diverse range of finished joinery products.
Our aim is deliver “flat pack” fit out. All you have to do is slot the items together and secure the fix. We will machine panels and fit connectors to enable the assembly of the finished item. If edge banding is required we offer a broad range of edgings to compliment the panel decoration.
The precision that can be achieved in factory conditions improves the quality of the finish. Mitred joints are supported with mechanical dovetail fittings. Butt joints are supported with dowels where needed.
Optimised sawing in the factory means that the right length is used every time and wastage is minimised.
