As a leading supplier of wood based products to industries throughout the UK, Morland are pleased to announce the launch of Skirtseal™. This newly patented product realises the increasing need for buildings to confirm to Target Emission Rate (TER) legislation.

Reducing air permeability within buildings, Skirtseal™ takes the technology of a composite seal and introduces it to the underside of a skirting board. Fitted with outstandingly efficient sealing foam with a tough abrasion resistant liner, the seal deflects to cloe the inevitable inconsistencies that are found at floor level due to shrinkage and settlement. Up to 7.5mm of settlement is closed by the reach of the sealant strip.
