The founding principles of "off-site" are the economic benefits of manufacturing in a purpose built environment, allowing "on-site" to be simply a matter of assembling  prefinished components.

Morland have that ethos at the core of our offer for fit out materials. We manufacture timber fit out components that remove the need for wet trades. Often our pre finished components are cut to length, mitred, drilled and doweled.

From supplying rolling production lines for the caravan industry we are able to offer batch specific true JIT delivery systems making full use of returnable packaging.

Too often "off site" stops at the basic building element and the speed of build  slows as fit out falls into the abyss of waiting for a trade to get finished. Morland are able to support off site fabricators and on site contractors take the concept of "off-site" beyond the basic building element towards the fully finished scheme.
