Door Leaf Servicing
Using CNC machinery, Morland can service door leafs efficiently and accurately. We can prepare doors for a range of details including those listed below. Additional components can be supplied loose or fitted, depending on preference.
- Locks/latches and hinges
- Intumescent fire strips to three edges
- Pair of doors with rebated pair meeting stiles
- Lorient IS8010 SI Drop Seal Part ‘E’ Compliant
- Door edge protection for severe contract applications
We can prepare for and fit vision panels using
- Toughened safety glass
- Acrylic
- Fire rated glazing systems
Modifications to the door and the frame assembly are conducted by Morland giving traceability and assurance that all materials used are tested and approved. We are licensed modifiers of doors under the Certifire scheme
Door Stocks
If you have demand for a specification that we do not normally hold, we are happy to discuss stocking the blanks at our central warehouse, in order to offer the most efficient service.
