Wrapped MDF Glazing
Wrapped MDF glazing bead offers huge benefits over traditional hardwood beading. No knots, twisting or wastage, and moulding tolerance is consistently within 0.25mm. Long lengths, typically 3050mm, give improved yields especially for Part M compliant apertures.
We offer Oak, Alder, Ash, Beech, Koto, Maple, White and Walnut as standard.
Morland has a two-part glazing bead system that acts as an aperture liner and bead in one. It also allows for the bead on one side to be fixed with an invisible fix through the liner. We also produce glazing bead cassettes where repeat apertures are being used to speed up the fitting process.
