Performance Door Sets
Morland is a BWF Certifire licensed modifier of fire doors. We have supplied doorsets for projects in sectors including education, healthcare, hospitality and the military.
In many cases the project specification calls for wrapped MDF frames, stops and architraves, where we have the advantage of in-house moulding and wrapping. Where required we can produce a fully coordinated doorset, with our own wrapped profiles, and a matching laminated door leaf. In all cases the priority is to ensure the minimal amount of site fixing or finishing.
Based on test evidence Morland can configure door leaf, frame materials and ironmongery to achieve the performance required. From a single-leaf single-action door through to double-acting double doors Morland is able to advise and design configurations to suit. If the test evidence is not there to support an arrangement this will be highlighted prior to quotation.
We work with leading suppliers to the industry to source the best ironmongery, glazing materials and protection systems. Audits under the BWF Certifire scheme ensure that our manufacturing processes are strictly controlled, and that all of our products are fully traceable.
Scheduling Service
Morland offers a complete scheduling service, taking off door and ironmongery requirements from plan or from the door schedule. Problems over handings, fire ratings, conflicting or incomplete information can be resolved by Morland and its trained staff.
Our TRADA chain of custody registration means that complete doorsets can be supplied FSC-certified.
