Furniture Boards
We deal directly with Egger, Finsa, Kronospan and others for the supply of melamine faced boards. We also manufacture our own lightweight furniture board – see lightweight furniture ply for details. We can combine paper-faced boards with melamine board and heavy duty laminated board to give interior details that are value engineered depending upon whether the surface is vertical or horizontal – floor, wall, ceiling or free standing.

CNC machining including 5-axis work
We can recreate customers’ designs (from hard copy or various software formats) in our own Alphacam software. Once programmed, one of our CNCs will carry out all of the routing, sawing, grooving or drilling that the design requires.
Edgebanding (straight)
Our edgebanders can apply melamine, PVC or ABS edging in thicknesses ranging from 0.4mm to 3mm. Woodgrain and abstract designs from market-leading names can be supplied with flush, bevelled or radiused profiles.
Edgebanding (shaped)
Using the latest Homag CNC technology, Morland is able to apply edging to curved work pieces. The combined machining, trimming and scraping operation produces exceptional results on a range of panel types including MFC, laminated plywoods, blockboards and composites.
