Laminate Panels
Morland bonds panels working with Europe’s main laminate producers including Abet, Arpa, Egger, Formica, Polyrey and Wilsonart. Our leaflet shows some examples of the products and applications we have produced.
Below is a quick guide on just some of the finishes available in HPL and some of the sizes we can offer. This is not a complete menu, it is an indicator of availability and cost. A full quotation will be issued prior to accepting an order. The finish of the laminate, e.g. T = Textured, HG = High Gloss is shown next to the swatch. The high gloss laminate comes with a peel off protective film on the face. Where the thickness size is given this refers to the core and HPL either side will add 2mm to the overall finished thickness.

Prices exclude VAT and delivery, are based on ten sheets per design, using standard MDF. All single sided sheets include white balancer on reverse. Normally we can deliver within ten working days of processing your order and the delivery details are confirmed at the time of ordering.
MDF (Standard, Moisture Resistant and External Grade) is a common substrate, whilst plywood can be offered to save weight or for better screw retention, if desired. Our lamination process meets D3 of EN204 and our advanced throughfeed bonding line ensures that we can offer highly competitive pricing, and the quick turnaround of orders. We can process panels up to 3660mm long.
